I liked everything about the faucet including the delivery experience. Ill start first with the faucet being delivered a day earlier than stated. Way to go . Second the faucet came packaged well secured and protected. The most comprehensive step by step instructions were included, as well. The installation went as smooth as the finish on the faucet. The operation of the faucet is second to none. Theres no need to purchase expensive big box store faucets when you have fabulous simple options like the faucet. The design and functionality was a great upgrade to our kitchen. I highly recommend this faucet to anyone looking to replace their old malfunctioning outdated faucet.

Just installed the new faucet in the kitchen and what an aming addition to our kitchens look. Was the easiest faucet I have ever installed and have done many over the years. All in all a good value. A solid build, aesthetically a nice piece and ergonomically it is a winner. I consider myself a very discerning consumer. I like the flat spray feature versus the pause function on most others. The hose is just long enough to reach the bottom of the sink bowls. The black cylindrical shaped mounting nut makes installation easier than a traditional bolt.
This Faucet came as advertised. Very happy so far since completing the install. Having the water supply extensions to the shut off valves made it for a easy install the supply lines for the faucet were not long enough to reach . The top button gives you a high pressure spray that takes all the heavy and caked up food right off and the spray switch below gives you a regular spray and the normal faucet pressure when pressed downward. Highly recommended this for the price we paid it has although gone up a few dollars since the purchase.
This faucet looks great and seems very well made. I had to call a plumber because I was unable to get the old faucet out. However, this faucet looks like it would be easy to install once the old one is taken out.
Easy swivel, relatively easy installation (by myself who is not a plumber, about an hour including removing the previous faucet), nice finish and color, like the toggle switches with various stream and spray modes. Feels solid. I hope it lasts more than 10 years compared to my previous one. It has a 5/year warranty!
The only thing making the installation a little difficult was that the rings didnt allow the cables to pass through easily. Took a lot of twisting and angling to finally get the gasket and washer through to secure the faucet to the sink. I have a 3/whole design and used the baseplate which fit perfectly. You have to be under the sink, so you need to be somewhat limber.
