Well made product that was easy to install. The button on the faucet head broke about 1 year after we installed it. Emailed product support and was shipped a new and newer replacement head in less than one week free of charge. I installed the new faucet head myself in less than 2 minutes. Very impressive customer service.

I reached out to the company and they replaced the broken one with a brand new model that works great. It was super easy to install, looks great, and works like a charm. Give them a chance to update your kitchen, its worth it.
Better than the 400 tap that it replaced. More features MUCH easier to install. Finally got the under sink anchor nut right. collared nut is easy to install tighten while is twisted position under the sink. Makes one wonder why no one thought of this solution before.
We have had it for 3 months now and we really like it. It has a nice weight to it and seems well made. The sweep mode(black button) works very well if strong. Be careful or it will splash and spray. Great value for the money!! Works and feels like a much more expensive model.
