Faucet is very nice with lots of water pressure. Most importantly, the sprayer valve broke shortly after I installed it. I emailed the service dept and they immediately sent a replacement sprayer and followed up afterwards.
We love the look of this but it started having trouble after 2 months. After submitting a review, the company contacted me and sent us a new faucet. Excellent customer service and we are hoping this new one is problem free!

Original review: Looks great but leaks from top of nozzle and at base of handle within 17 months. Spend more and get a quality faucet. This one doesnt last. Faucets should last for years. We replaced the 20yr faucet that was working but wanted design change. Big mistake.
Almost perfection. Quality,style, features and price point with ease of installation cannot be best. Had to deduct 1 star because my flat black faucet came with a white gasket under the base plate. After tightening the faucet the white gasket edge still showed. Had to disassemble and color the gasket with a black permanent marker, then reinstall.
Way cheaper than the leading brands and works just as good if not better. No leaking issues with my faucet, and the water pressure is aming. Im so happy I didnt spend the extra money on the name brand

Negative: Second time Ive tried this brand with higher/end model and the same thing happened only the opposite this time. Last faucet the cold came out slow this new faucet the hot is now coming out slow. Ive switched the lines thinking it was and issue with my house water pressure and its not our previous faucet before we bought any faucets the hot and cold pressure was equal and excellent. Ever since I bought the faucets my water pressure has been weak. I need customer service to either provide a solution or this will be returned.

Live how it i Operates but it tends to drip after only a couple of weeks of use. The cat enjoys getting water from the drips though

Black faucet with white gasket

Second Try On Faucet

Supernice product onky been a few weeks but its holding up beautifully
