Im in love with my faucet!! It is so nice and tall, has great weight to it. It feels like it should cost so much more. It was so easy to install. It swivels like a dream. Im completely satisfied and so happy with my purchase.
This is a very nice product! the 360 degree swivel and ease in positioning the handle are a big plus. It took me longer to remove the old one than to install this one. I didnt need to use the included base plate but it is very nice also.
I would like to give this 5 stars, but the hot and cold is opposite. These handles always go to the right, and pulling forward is hot, and pushing away is cold. This is the way it was manufactured as you can see silhouette etching for H and C on the handle. It was an easy enough fix to reverse the incoming water lines, hopefull nobody pays attention to the labeling on the handle.
I was impressed at the weight being able to hold the pull down spout with no magnet, it stays up in place well.
I would buy again.
Its only been installed a couple of weeks now, but, all is well. The sprayer retracts easily. The unit itself is quite attractive. There are more expensive models, but, I cant imagine theyd be any better than this. Matches perfectly with our new stainless steel sink. (also from )

The sink was just as advertised it took me 15 minutes to install I spent more time on unstalling the old sink
