Was broken out of the box. Unable to install. Very disappointed.
So Im updating my review based on customer service. While I havent used this faucet b/c I needed one so the replacement was given to me by the company who wanted to make everything right. They reached out to me multiple times. I agreed, because its a beautiful product. I cant rate the functionality of the replacement. But I can rate the customer service and willingness to make it right. This is so rare these days!!
Very happy with the faucet after I received a video showing how to turn it on. The installation was easy and the faucet looks awesome. The water pressure is very good out of it. Nice working with Nick in your customer service department. He was very helpful.
Finally swapped out our builders grade kitchen faucet with this unit and its fantastic. Works great, looks great and seems much higher quality than the price would suggest. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the blade wash function is WAY too powerful.it basically covers everything in a fine mist within a 10 foot radius. Granted, it gets even the toughest stuck/on mess off the plates, but its too much.
Such nice quality! Easy to install from 3 hole to one hole; the base plate covered the holes. We did use a tiny bead of clear silicone around plate even though instructions didnt require it. The faucet head is smooth to pull out and put back in place. It actually gave us higher water pressure (had an original builder grade cheap faucet for 5 years) so we have to be careful about overspray but I LOVE IT!
Absolutely love this! Very easy to install and works great! Nice upgrade to my sink. Makes rinsing off things so much easier. I went to home depot and similar ones were 200. this is a great one

Good looking faucet

Feels solid, very satisfied with installation instructions, works great/ 2 weeks in. Will update if this changes.
