over the old Delta that took 2hrs to get out w/special wrench and couplings up behind sink. Finally had to hack saw one of the pipes to get it out New unit was easy 20 min install like folks were sayingtighten HC fitting, snap clip on weight hand tighten big plastic nut to counter top hole. Did have to mount with lever in front as handle hit back splash in the side position. Amingly nice faucet and look. Such an improvement the Delta had been in 12 yrs and completely stopped its side to side movement; we were using its pull out head to put water in the other side of the double sink when required, and it seemed to always drip and require new rubber seals on a yearly basis. Oh and delivery was in one day w/good old Prime.
I do not normally write reviews, however, I do read every one before buying something. Lol! I must say that even though I have only had this item for a short time, it is aming! The super sprayer is absolutely wonderful and powerful. I have never had a pull out hose with the magnetic pull back and Im not sure how I got by without it. Love, love it!! I will admit its beautiful as well very functional! Definitely a great purchase!!

We were very satisfied with our faucet both visually and functionally. The design looks great and the faucet and sprayer being the same enabled us to put a filtered water faucet in place of the old sprayer. A big upgrade for the money.
Bought one and liked it so much we bought another for a second sink. Great pressure scrub feature in addition to the usual shower sprayer. Super sensible design makes it easy to install. Im a real human who didnt get a kickback for a review.I was just really impressed with this faucet, especially given the price.
Only thing I had to adjust was to wrap a flexible cutting board around the counterweight, as otherwise the pull/out sprayer kept getting hung up on the pipes under the sink and wouldnt pull back into the faucet. Easy to do, and not a weakness of the faucet in any way.just a cluttered space under the sink!
It took me waaaaay longer to rip out the old faucet than to install the new one, which amed me. Buy it and enjoy it, and marvel at how easy it can be to install.
