Surprisingly big but well built and operates smoothly. Easy to install with the plastic nut that can be grasped and turned without a basin wrench. Looking forward to no more rubber gaskets to replace.
Easy installation and the value for this faucet is top notch. 5 yr warranty is great to have. Looks every bit as good as the 200.00 faucets we were looking at.
Update: The follow up from the manufacture was top notch, it took a couple of weeks to get the replacement cartridge, so far so good. I love the look of the faucet and it has been holding up pretty well. I believe customer service is key. I have purchased expensive faucets that developed issues within a years time. So for the price I am happy with this product. I will update should any additional issues arise.
Original review: The faucet is very attractive. Has been installed for week. It took less then a half hour for the plumber to install. Started to notice a small puddle of water on the base plate. Water is leaking from the handle. This is supposed to have a warranty, and I will updated my rating and review once the issue is resolved.
Clean look. Different spray modes easy to use. the third spray mode give the idea of a pressure spray and we find it very useful for removing grime that would otherwise require a rag to wipe, also use to clean the dishwasher filter now. Only trouble I have is when I try to rinse a big cookie sheet, I find if I try to pull the sprayer out I cant get the right angle to rinse it, I end up cleaning the rest of the kitchen. Over all pretty happy with it.
This faucet was installed by a plumbing company so I cant say we installed it ourselves, but the plumber seemed happy with it. For me / Im thrilled with it. Its aesthetically beautiful and works very well

It was very well packaged, super easy to install with no drips (plumbing aint what it used to be!) and all functions work excellently.
I had this matte black faucet, a matching spare hole cover plate, a matching detergent pump dispenser and a matching dishwasher vent cover all installed on my counter top in about an hour. (Including disassembly of the old fittings clean/up.)
Wifey also delighted, as these matte black fittings look very modern and have dressed/up our kitchen.
I dont know yet how the matte finish will hold up to wear and tear, but to be safe we wont be using any abrasive cleaning products on it.
If I have one gripe, its the unsophisticated mechanism for retracting the hose and spray head. It uses a weight to pull the hose head back up. This system has always annoyed me, because inevitably the weight interferes with whatever you might be storing under the sink as it moves up and down. In my case, the weight needed careful height setting to avoid thumping against a wooden support shelf. But this retraction mechanism is consistent with many other brands faucets so I will certainly not deduct a star for that.
I have no hesitation recommending this product.
