Purchased this to replace the one in the kitchen that was showing signs of wear. Out of the box, this faucet looks really nice, was an almost identical replacement for what we had prior. One feature that our old faucet didnt have that this one does is a third button on the head that utilizes a high pressure fan spray, which was very cool, and very handy when spraying off dishes. The other 2 water styles (rain effect and standard flow) both work very well also.
Setup and installation was really easy with the easy to follow directions included in the package. Some big box stores charge upwards of 150 dollars or more for this same style of faucet, so to be able to fancy up your sink for the lower price that is offered here, its a win/win. Faucet is holding up great with no issues since installed. Very happy with the purchase!
Im not sure that the faucet was not easier and quicker to install then the Kohler which it replaced. I have only been using it for a short period, so time will tell if it is reliable but so far I am extremely happy with this purchase
Id never heard of this manufacturer before so I was nervous, but my fears were unfounded. Very happy with this faucet, and it was hundreds less than comparable models.
Love the faucet itself, very visually pleasing. The problem I had was installing it. Because the space was so minimal around the hole in my sink I had to have a certain kind of tool to install it. The first one I ordered was way to big so I had to order a different kind so it took 5 days to install. Some faucets come with the tool in the package this one does not. Very frustrating. Once installed it looks and works beautifully. I especially like the power sprayer button.
Its actually a nice looking faucet for the money. The first one had a defective head and had to be replaced. Will see how it lasts but it is nice looking and has a nice feel. The tenant said it was very easy to install.
