Seems like a sturdy product. Allen wrenches provided for the assembly did not work well - I ended up using my own. Two of the L brackets were bent and needed to be adjusted. Other than that, assembly was pretty straightforward and easy. Once assembled the futon adjusts between sofa and bed easy enough. Aside from those few assembly issues, I am happy with the purchase.
Our friend put this together at our lake cabin and reported it was quite the task. However, it is very solid and expect long use out of it. We had to replace another frame that broke and wanted one that didnt have arm rests so it will accommodate taller individuals.
Easily assembled, nice color, nice woodworking, everything fit perfectly. One person can easily change it to a bed and you can adjust the back angle. Very nice.
Well, well! After sweating to get the frame together on this queen futon, we unboxed, unwrapped and rolled out a full mattress - not a queen!
Not happy.
And I can’t find a way to request only the replacement of the cushion.
I have an email in to the company. It’s Sunday today. Let’s see how soon this gets resolved.
I will adjust my rating once I can actually use this.

So! The company did send a new mattress and didn’t want the full size one back.
The futon is very comfortable. It isn’t one that can be returned to the couch position alone. It’s very heavy. But it’s very comfortable!
This frame is very well planned out. The directions for assembly were a little sparse, but I was able to put it together fairly quickly. It is very sturdy (heavy). I am a 125 pound woman and was able to do almost all of the assembling myself. Materials are high quality and everything needed for assembly was included.
