Assembly would have gotten 5 stars if it werent for the super soft allen wrenches. It did come with two and youll need them both. Remember to leave all screws fairly loose until the very end of each section and then tighten them down. Purchased along with the Otis Bed Haley 150 and this thing is BIG. Im 6ft 235lbs and this thing feels solid with me on it. Initial thoughts are that Im very pleased.
I wanted to free up some space in our spare bedroom but didnt want to lose the bed feature incase of guests. This is a great solutions. Assembly was surprisingly really easy. Its pretty comfortable I wish it was a little softer but overall very happy with it. Bonus: cat hair doesnt stick to it, cleans right off
I could see the quality in the photos, and I was not wrong! Packaged exceptionally well, and easy to put together by myself. I enlisted my husband at the end for the heavy lifting part. Its beautifully crafted and looks and feels very sturdy.
At first I was about to give this a bad review for missing assembly parts but when they did shipped some parts I am now satisfied I almost doubted on these company so I glad they do get there job done.
I bought two and they are exactly what I needed. They replaced something similar that had gotten too worn to operate properly. They will be used in a vacation rental and I think they will hold up to use by people unfamiliar with them. They operate pretty easily, but I still struggle some to get them to lie down easily and then go back into place. The directions were wonderful. Color coding helped a lot and each piece was labeled.
The frame is nice! I only have two complaints. the first is the fact that the assembly instructions are not very clear! My second complaint would be the use of rubber bushings that slide in the grooves that allow you to move your frame into the 3 different positions tend to stick some compared to the wooden ones that I have used before! Overall the frame is very nice and very solid!

Functional but not comfortable
Cushions too hard. Side pillows Velcroed on, and if removed, blankets stick to Velcro on the seat. Under lining hangs down in view.
