It was difficult cutting a square hole in my tub/shower surround. I drilled 4 little pilot holes and used a hand saw to carefully cut as to not crack the surround. Besides that, went in really well. Looks good, and feels like a rainstorm falling down upon me. I even have lower water pressure than most. I definitely like this shower head.
Just buy this! We had this installed in our smaller guest bathroom shower and now the entire family wants to shower in that bathroom (no, not together). This is literally the best shower ever!

This Shower has lifetime limited warranty which is explains the confidence of the quality and value. The shower is made of metal, adjustable, and the rectangle shape handle looks really nice, the whole set feels very high quality made. It need a little bit work to install, but the direction were easy to follow for my husband. I like the finish looks, it stays clean looking with an simply wipe down. This shower head spray settings include HOkinetic powerDrench Spray,full body spray, massaging spray, full body spray with massage and pause. Another important thing is the soft, rubber touch -clean spray holes, it can be easily wipe off the calcium and lime build -up from the spray, so it not easy let mold and mildew grow on it, keep it clean and nice. We were use for a couple of months, and very happy with this product, and highly recommend.
