I was reluctant at first to order a set that wasnt a known brand, but after reading the wonderful reviews and running it by my contractor, I went ahead and went with this model. The oil rubbed bronze is absolutely a beautiful color and hard to find at the big box stores. It came shipped and all nicely packaged with instructions in a nice box with individual divided and cushioned compartments. I will add more to my review once my bathroom project is complete.
The finish on this set is gorgeous. The handle turns on and off smoothly and it turns from bath faucet to shower head in seconds. The water flow is good and you can tilt the head.
We didnt use the plumbing box because it wasnt fitting into the space behind the tiled wall in our 1930s home. The box will likely work in newer homes.
I like the look of the set and the shower head and temp control is great. But the tub faucet… in the words of my contractor.. is the “biggest piece of outsourced ___” the insides are plastic and leaked. Ended up just buying a separate faucet. And the instructions aren’t clear, just a page of what it looks like assembled. The website said they were based out of Denver, but the phone number (which didn’t work) was in LA, and I eventually found something that said they were in China.
