I bought two of these items and had a master plumber contractor install them in my brand new built house. Both shower cartridges caused a vibration in the plumbing and were defective. I have looked up on the website contact information and sent it to the company who doesn’t wanna publish a phone number or place anything on their website for warranty contact information Other than a contact form that they say they will get back with you. So far I have submitted information to them and have not received a response yet. I’ll keep you informed.
Like some others I was apprehensive to purchase this item as some people had issues with it. I am here to tell you weve had no issues with this shower system. Its sturdy quality and heavy metal. The showerhead being a rainshower scared us that it would me too sift but it turns out it has major water pressure and feels wonderful!! Even though neither have adjustable settings they arent needed as both massage nicely and they look great on the wall. I highly recommend this product.
Havent completely installed them yet, but we were so impressed with the package and the weight of this shower head. I cant wait to use it! They are gorgeous too, matched my farmhouse bathroom remodel perfectly!
Looks amazing and hand held has a great weight to it compared to others that I have purchased. The black finish comes off very easily especially during installation. The hand held is starting to loose its finish as well after about a month of usage
Water pressure is sufficient and no drips so far
Great product. The attention to packaging is incredible. Every part is separately packed in a cloth bag. They even provided a pair of white glove to handle the product. Very impressed
