This shower set far exceeded my expectations. The packaging was very complete and the faucet parts themselves are solid and heavy. The valve has the best quality mud ring to protect it during construction of any faucet I have ever installed. Hand spray hose has tiny threaded plugs to keep the o rings in place until you are ready for install. I hope this company doesnt figure out that everyone else spends far less on the small details.

The regulator handle turns so smoothly. It glides like butter. It’s easy to set it to just the right temperature. I love it.
The handheld shower head is handy for things like shaving or washing my dog. It has different pressure settings you can choose from. Every part of it adjusts smoothly. Nothing is clunky at all. This is top shelf quality.
I’d definitely purchase this brand again.
Ill start by saying I am very happy with shower head and especially that you can run both at the same time. The new valve that was needed caused issues that needed some plumbing adjustments. The faucet, however, no matter what we tried would not work, which delayed my use of the shower. We ended up buying another faucet that actually works. Im neutral on like vs dislike just due to the faucet, which was disappointing.
Just remodeled my shower and wished I had not bought this combo. Water pressure is not great on the main head. Worst part is you can’t run the shower head and the wand at the same time. When you toggle the switch to the wand the water is cold for like 10 seconds.
