Ive been trying to figure out why the tub spout is leaking from behind and now I am seeing the reviews. I just had all new plumbing put in so it is not the plumbing. The tub spout is leaking out the back and theres no fixing it. I just hope the shower head isnt going to be a problem too.
We got this for our house. We are currently remodeling our late 40s Kitchen and Bathrooms.
The box came in amazing shape, and there was no damage done in shipping. The instructions are easy to understand.
We are just waiting for our contractor to be able to start the job. Due to COVID, the remodel has been delayed. So we have all our boxes stacked up ready to use.
I will update my review if anything negative happens, but I highly doubt it.
This is a nicely made shower head with a low volume flow which is required in many locations now. The finish is attractive, and doesnt show water spots as easily as shiny chrome. The temperature/volume handle is so clean and minimalist, it is easy to fit into any decor. The instructions were thorough and seem written by someone who speaks English fluenly, and there are plenty of diagrams. There are a few plastic parts but they dont seem flimsy. is a well known brand and this is a well designed item with quality components. Its not as sexy as some more expensive Euro brands, but its attractive and a great value.
A very attractive and fully functional dual shower head - love having a normal shower head while being able to use the handheld head at the same time. Im in love!
I was impressed when I opened the box. I was hoping to use it as a replacement for an old . But it wasn’t a match. I was disappointed if you are doing new construction this is the unit for you. Awesome price. I ended up not installing it. I had to keep the old one for now.
This faucet/shower set is beautiful with great quality. I wish I could feel confident in giving a better star review though. We put the unit in and the main control valve is not allowing any cold water through. The entire bathroom is brand new in which this is in, the water lines are new also....we have double looked into any possible other issues, the control valve is the issue. Unfortunately we were unable to contact the company. We installed this item past the return date, so it is impossible to return it or exchange. We had no clue it didnt work, now we are left with a faulty product.

Main control valve does not work properly!
