This faucet/shower set is beautiful with great quality. I wish I could feel confident in giving a better star review though. We put the unit in and the main control valve is not allowing any cold water through. The entire bathroom is brand new in which this is in, the water lines are new also....we have double looked into any possible other issues, the control valve is the issue. Unfortunately we were unable to contact the company. We installed this item past the return date, so it is impossible to return it or exchange. We had no clue it didnt work, now we are left with a faulty product.
Main control valve does not work properly!
