I really like this sofa bed especially my back cannot handle a very soft mattress, and this one is the few options that provide free shipping. It came with 3 boxes if I remember it correctly, and it is not difficult to install, I probably spent less than an hour to install it. Bless your hearts.
Ordered this on may 28th 2020, it took and immense amout of time to arrive, when it finally arrived 3 weeks later, it was in the wrong colors (as you can see in the photo). I contacted the company and they took their time to answer the request. It has been a week since the first contact and they made me an absurd offer to keep the 2 colored couch for a very small discount. The product itself is good for the price but whatever the support call the manufacturer is not someone you will like to deal with. I definitely do not recommend that you buy this.

Edit: they did send the part with the correct color but I still have a bicolor couch Money good to have.
Came in 3 different packages. There was some delay as only my chaise came a couple days earlier, but it was ok. Its small than i imagined and the seats are shallow. I personally like to have my feet up when sitting on a couch, and theres not much room for that unless youre on the chaise (even then my feet hang off and im 54) the color is accurate and the assemble was so easy. I like it overall and the storage and pull out features were what i was looking for, its not a cushiony or super comfortable couch, but it does the job. Im probably just going to always have it pulled out though since the couch itself is pretty shallow. Perfect.
The sofa is good and stiffer than other sofas Ive used / still comfortable. Looks solid for that price and worth the price.

The biggest problem was Fedex, I dont know why the fedex is still used with 3rd parties. already ended up the cooperation with Fedex. I received around 10 notifications on 10 days that my package will be delivered today. The sofa was in my local fedex location for 3 weeks. I called the fedex multiple times and I received all the time the same message from fedex representative: Your package will be delivered today.. I talked a few times with a fedex manager and those people claimed that they called my local fedex office and they said that my packaged will arrive today. This is so unprofessional.
If only I could have an option to select a different delivery company, even if it would impact the price, I would definitely do it. It feels great.
Couch was easy and quick to assemble. My favorite part is the flexibility of the couch itself. If you want to move the couch to a different part of the house, you can switch the sectional to either side to accommodate a room. Also, if you are moving, you can just break it apart into pieces for easy hauling. The pull out bed function is great for when you have someone crashing at your house, or if you just want to get cozy and watch TV. Storage in the sectional as an ottoman is a plus. Dog approved. The dark gray color almost works with any color scheme you have or want. Its a very practical item. For the price, this is a real decent couch and perfect size for my 1 bedroom apartment as I am trying to maximize my space. The only thing I would say though is that (wishful thinking) it would be even more aming if the couch stretched out a couple of more inches, as my feet hang off of the couch. That would be ultimate! Ive had it for a week now, so well see eventually how the quality/durability of the couch is. If I have any issues, Ill update the review. Working well.

A very practical and flexible piece of furniture
Couch was easy and quick to assemble. My favorite part is the flexibility of the couch itself.
