Pretty good sofa for less than 600. Terrible FedEx service!
The sofa is good and stiffer than other sofas Ive used / still comfortable. Looks solid for that price and worth the price.
The 4 wheels were included in my package!
The biggest problem was Fedex, I dont know why the fedex is still used with 3rd parties. already ended up the cooperation with Fedex. I received around 10 notifications on 10 days that my package will be delivered today. The sofa was in my local fedex location for 3 weeks. I called the fedex multiple times and I received all the time the same message from fedex representative: Your package will be delivered today.. I talked a few times with a fedex manager and those people claimed that they called my local fedex office and they said that my packaged will arrive today. This is so unprofessional.
If only I could have an option to select a different delivery company, even if it would impact the price, I would definitely do it. It feels great.
