It is what it is for the price. It hasnt fully expanded but based on the other reviews and it being so springy I purchased a 2 inch memory foam topper with it / an extra 50. Ill update my review with the topper, but should help with the firmness. The cushions do have zippers so it should be easy to insert. Otherwise a decent couch Quality product.
Its been a couple weeks since we assembled the couch, and overall, it looks very nice and is relatively comfortable (a bit firm). The biggest issue is that the cushions look very wrinkled and odd still from the vacuum seal. Its been more than enough time for them to expand, and Ive tried vacuuming them and sitting on them often, but they remain wrinkled looking I hope it disappears with time, but it is not ideal. Best for price.
Pros: incredibly easy to assemble (took me probably 15 minutes, no tools required). Gray color is true to the picture. Cushion fabric has held up to multiple cleanings with the upholstery cleaner. The chaise lounge/foot rest is really useful. The dimensions in the description were accurate and its perfect for my little living room.
Cons: it looks and feels like a cheap couch. The back cushions are lumpy and need to be rotated/fluffed weekly, and the cushions you sit on are still very firm. I personally like the firmness, but everyone else whos sat on the couch thinks its too firm. The corners of the back piece were torn on arrival (so I glued them down). The cushion for the chaise lounge does not completely velcro to the ottoman and looks a little silly because kind of sticks up.
Overall, Im happy with this sofa. I needed a small, neutral colored couch that could be delivered to my house, and this fit the bill.
However, I think its important for prospective buyers to know what they are getting: a budget couch. One person job.

I was downsizing and this was perfect! Was easy to assemble and it looks way more expensive than it was! My cats dont like the fabric and havent gone for the corners! I am impressed!
This couch was worth the wait while it was on back order. I continued my search with no satisfaction. When this arrived it was easy to assemble, beautiful, soft to the touch, and very comfortable. If you need the elusive small sectional, at a good price, that is actually comfortable, dont pass this one up! Satisfied

I wanted to redecorate my small apartment so I was looking for a very specific item. I had my heart and head set on a blue velvet couch with a chaise lounge that would fit nicely in a small living room space, along with a price range under 800 dollars. This proved to be an impossible feat, I search the internet for months, read hundreds of reviews and finally found what I was looking for here on . I was ready to hit purchase because I was so excited I finally found what I was looking for but decided to read the review, look at the pictures posted but something told me to research the seller because I had never heard of them and low and behold although I had finally found the couch of my dreams what I had been searching for, for months and the reviews of the seller was horrible, sketchy to say the least, bad BBB reviews, buyers had nothing good to say about the company, taken money with no product delivered, no return calls, emails from the company when people reached out so I wasnt willing to take the risk even though there was one or two satisfied customers but 800 dollars was a lot of money to gamble with! So I decided to let it go and continue my search, just as I was going to give up my search and settle for my back up couch a grey velvet that I found on . But before I hit the button to purchase I did one last search, blue velvet couch with chaise lounge and low and behold it appeared like out of thin air, meant to be, so I quickly read the reviews, looked at the pictures, researched the company and this was it, everything was in place and for the price I was willing to pay! I couldnt believe it and this time I hit purchase before it would disappear! Now it was time to find the perfect rug, throw pillows, couch throw, coffee table etc.. The only issue I had was with delivery, it came faster than I thought, they changed the delivery date and time without notifying me because it came earlier than was told and that I picked. So I made a call to , rescheduled the delivery date and time and before you know it, it was at my door. It was all in one box, no tools needed for assembly, directions were clear and I put together myself fairly easily, I would say in an hour or so but I took my time and only needed help once from someone to hold one end while I connected the opposite end and that was it! It was beautiful, it was comfortable, it was sturdy, soft, it was the perfect color, the perfect size for my living room and was a great price, less than 600 dollars, it was meant to be! And as you can see I found the perfect rug and pillows, Im in love!! So if you are looking for a Blue velvet couch with a chaise lounge, this the couch for you!! One of my best buys.

The right size and price for me!
