Love the style of this couch! We had sat on a similar one before we purchased this one, so I was not shocked at the firmness of the couch, but it definitely is FIRM. Back pillows are softer. Came in three boxes that were delivered on separate days (lord give me patience!). Easy to assemble, took maybe 30 min with me and my kid. We are using it in our finished basement and makes a great lounge area for movie night and video games. Plus I love the hidden storage in the attached chaise. Plan on using it as a guest bed as well. Love this!

There are no instructions included. While its fairly self/explanatory, there is a specific order in which each piece must be added, so I had to take the unit apart and reassemble it a few times.
The couch is VERY firm, and not very deep. I decided to just keep the loveseat bed pulled out and pad it with blankets to make it more comfortable to sit on.
The pull/out piece skips its track VERY easily Its ok but smaller than expected.
We genuinely enjoy this couch. I dont think we realized how large our living room is haha so its a little smaller than wed like in comparison to our living room but its a great couch for small spaces. Comfort wise/ the couch needs breaking in but we know once it is broken in, itll be perfect.

if Youre looking for A super plush lounging couch then this may not be for you. Its very firm which is what we wanted. The storage chase is really spacious and the pull out portion is easy to take out and put back. It looks very nice and suits our needs well. Still love it.

I was all about this couch when I first saw it and sat on it. It has storage under the chaise, which was a super plus and is really easy to convert. The downfall, I dont know how something that feels comfortable to sit on can be so freaking awful to sleep on. This was worse that the IKEA Futon from college. I think I would have almost rather tried to sleep on the floor. It was just so hard and uncomfortable. The cushions have like NO give, fine for your butt, but not so great for sleeping. Now, I will admit, my tempurpedic has me spoiled / everything sucks to sleep on in comparison to my bed, but this was beyond even just suck. I had a strong envy of my kiddo on the air mattress (and if it hadnt been kid sized may have switched). Long story short, if you arent going to sleep on it often and/or dont want your guests to stay long / THIS IS PERFECT! Your in/laws, cousin, whoever will pack up after a day or two / no problem. Now that I think of it, perhaps that deserves a higher rating It was perfect!
