Very satisfied with this safe, I love the convenience and quick access of the fingerprint reader. Also love that the unit has a backup key and a code entry. The init is very sturdy and has a separate keyed compartment inside. The safe holds about 5 rifles, but will not lock with my red dot sights connected, I had to remove them, inorder to be able to lock the door. Other than that, I am pretty happy with the product. Bought two great value for the money, durable.
Product is very expensive for what you get. I was willing to pay the premium price on this purely based on the fact that it had a fingerprint scanner. The scanner is very unreliable which is concerning since it is primarily housing home defense items that may need to be accessed in a hurry. I was excited to get this but now every time I walk by it or need to open it I wonder how many tries it will take. I have programmed my prints in every way possible and hasnt helped.
Great safe, even better service. This is a locking gun cabinet more than a safe. At a little over 100 lbs, it gets the job done, but as others have said, it will need to be bolted into the floor and/or wall to make it effective. Also as others have said, it is a deterrent more than an anti/theft safe.
The fingerprint reader works good, it just doesnt seem to like my thumb. My index finger works fine.
There is plenty of room for 5 of my rifles, and the lock box at the top can store ammo or a couple of pistols.
What really makes this brand special is the customer service. They are responsive and extremely helpful. They also provided me with the door organizer, which allows me to store 3 pistols, all of their magines, and some extra items. I was given this item for free when I reached out to them via the flyer that is included with the safe.
All/in/all, a very good purchase for the price point, and something that I will be using for a long time. I like it.
This is a great starter gun safe that will house about 5/6 rifles. It has several entry options and good back up entry if all else fails. If you have a rifle with a scope it does not accommodate the scope that well. Although there are some adjustments you can make to help hold the rifle with the scope. cute.
Sadly I didnt think to take pictures but Ill describe as best I can what condition the safe was in after I opened the box up. There were no dings or dents of any kind even though the box looked like it had been through the ringer. The box had tears in it and yet the packaging protected the safe well. Sadly, the safes internals couldnt hold up to the wear/and/tear of shipping. When I finally got the door open I noticed that I couldnt lock it back up. It took me a good ten minutes to realize that the bottom locking bar on the side of the door was jamming everytime it went in. I fixed the problem by unscrewing the interior panel and loosening the two bolts that hold the rail with the locking bars and then plumbing said rail so the bottom doesnt move in more than the top. I hope you all can follow that! The main part of the problem came when I put the interior door panel back on. I found that one of the many screws holding the door panel on actually hit that bottom side locking bar. So, after plumbing the rail and leaving that screw out everyithing works like a charm now. It just sucks that I had to go through all that for something that costs over 300. The fingerprint reader and touchscreen work really well. Well see how everything holds up over time. Yes, Its great. loves it.

Scanner unreliable

Ease of set up for finger print access.
