Ive had this safe for a handful of months now and it has treated me well. It comes with hardware to bolt it to the wall or floor which I did because its rather top-heavy (obviously). Gives me peace of mind to know that my guns are inaccessible to my kids and bad guys, yet easily accessible to me in the event I have to use them.
Bought this safe to prevent my firearms from getting into the wrong hands and was happy with this purchase from the very start. The shipping packaging was great and the safe was in perfect condition when it was delivered. It is clearly not a super heavy duty fireproof safe, but it will keep guns and other valuables securely away from prying or curious hands. The little bit of set up that was needed was easy with clear instructions for setting the combination key pad. I bought four gun magnets and mounted them under the storage shelf to hold my pistols and it worked great! This makes the sidearms easily accessible and theres still plenty of clearance above the rifles. This leaves the shelf space fully available for extra magazines and ammo. All in all, this is a great product at a very reasonable price that satisfied my needs to secure my firearms.

I received my safe today and Im happy to say that it arrived promptly after placing my order and it was exactly as advertised. The company took extra precaution to make sure it was packed properly for shipping so it arrived without any damage. Simple and easy to operate, and I can easily place multiple rifles inside for safe keeping.
This is a gun cabinet, not a gun safe. The front door is double wall, but the sides and back are just single thickness. Reminds me of school lockers, except with a heavy looking front door. That said, it is more than adequate for storing firearms and ammunition away from curious kids and a quick grab thief. I am suspect of the main locking mechanism that is made of plastic. Seems a thief could quickly destroy the plastic mechanism and gain access. Initial opening and setting the code into the locking mechanism was quick and easy. The barrel rack is just a piece of high density foam that slides up and down on steel tracks. Kind of flimsy, but without heavy or rough use should last. The extra shelf is a plus, and was the main reason I chose this unit. It was the only one I could find with the added storage. The cabinet came very well packaged and even though the outside box was pretty beat up, the unit was not damaged. Overall, I received exactly what I expected. A lockable space to store firearms, accessories and ammunition. Nothing fancy and will not stand-up to a knowledgeable thief with time. I gave 5-stars because the unit was accurately described, very well packaged and will serve my intended purpose.
