I purchased this safe based off of dimensions, price, and safety/locking features. I have had it for a few weeks now and I must say that I am very happy with it. It fits in my closet, I can silence the key pad and the digital lock works effortlessly. Once you set up your combination you can register the product for an extended warranty which also comes with a lifetime of key replacements if needed. I showed this safe to a family member of mine and they went out and purchased one too.

I bought this safe for my son in law for Christmas. Initially it was going in the garage but hes going to put it in the hall closet instead. Great size to fit there and even more convenient!

I wanted a safe like this to organize all my guns in one spot. For the price I think its great. I chose this unit specifically because of the extra shelf which is really useful. I do have a 12 gauge in there but found a way to keep it off to the side and im happy with how it fits. I also added 3 LED motion lights and a magnet mount under the shelf for a quick access handgun. The safe was very well packaged and had no dings or damage from shipping. The code entry is very quick also, I love the idea of finger print sensor tech but think that a simple number entry may be more reliable and quicker so thats why I went with this style. Was very easy to attach to the wall for me, very sturdy.
This is a perfect restrictive access safe for firearms, ammunition, and medications. Its large enough to hold multiple size and types of weapons along with ammunition, but small enough to mount in a closet or corner without worrying about weight restrictions or difficult placements. The mounting holes are convenient and well thought out, making it easy to securely mount the safe on wood or cement. Once mounted its very solid and stable. Multiple access options ensured me that I would be able to get in even if i lost the key or forgot my PIN.
This is not a burglary safe, as cutting through the steel walls would only take a grinder, but the contents cannot easily be access without tools and a lot of effort. The ability to turn off the key-press beep was important to me, as any firearm safe should be accessible in the dark and in silence. The interior is always dark due to its length and depth, but this was easily fixed with a battery powered stick-on light. The interior lock box with a separate key is a really nice touch, allowing two levels of controlled access. The enameled and painted surface feels solid and high quality, and the locking hardware snaps into place with a comfortable click. This is especially important given that the lack of keypad backlighting (my only complaint) means I might be opening this in the dark.
I was really hesitant to purchase anything less than a tank given that many flimsy steel cabinets are labeled as safes. This Moutec safe was a perfect balance of secure access, comfortably strong construction, and adequate size for my needs. I am comfortable using this safe for access restriction and general anti-theft purposes in my home. Its a good balance between price and function for people wanting medium-sized secure storage.
This is quality construction in a perfect sized secure cabinet. If you are looking for a 500 pound safe, this is not that. This is completely secure cabinet with room for 5 rifles and much more. It has a nice sized lock box for valuables, passport, etc...I easily mounted this cabinet to the wall and the floor. The directions for set up and operation are very simple to follow. It comes with keys, batteries, a battery source in case you somehow let the combination batteries go dead and lose the keys.and even mounting hardware. This is highly recommended!!
This is my first gun safe purchase. It fits my need perfectly. The strong box and adjustable shelf were my deciding factors. Its large enough to hold a collection but small enough to fit inside a closet. Can use shelf for pistol hangers. With a hanging door organizer, I will add my whole collection. The customer service is very responsive too. Overall its a good buy.
