I ordered this safe only to have it get lost in transit. Contacted the seller and Alan immediately got a new one out in the mail. The safe arrived 48 hours later and unfortunately, the digital locking mechanism malfunctioned and it could only be unlocked by key. Alan didnt miss a beat and got another one in the mail quickly. 48 hours later and I have an awesome safe that exceeds expectations at a fraction of the cost of others. Everything works great. An added benefit was Alan telling me to keep the safe that malfunctioned as well. Amazing service to say the least!

Keypad is responsive. Silent mode works well, which is ideal if theres a threat in the area

Compared to whats available locally, this safe is about 15-20% less expensive for comparable features/quality. My only nitpick is the floor and shelf liner not being secured, but thats an easy at-home fix. I was worried about fitting my AR-10 with its magazine and optic, but the safe is deep enough to hold it. It easily accommodates everything except for my exceptionally long 12 gage--which itself still (barely) fits in the small clearance between the door and inner locker.
The safe also shipped very quickly, arriving about a week ahead of s estimated delivery.

I wasnt expecting a true safe, I wanted a locking cabinet to keep the grandkids out but still have quick access if needed. This is exactly what i wanted, small enough to fit in the closet but big enough to hold whats needed. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants some security but doesnt need a full blown safe.

I would have give it five stars, but I cant store my shotgun and longer rifles with the shelf on the lower tier which is really optimal for storing ammo, magazines, etc., I had to move them around and they arent secure in the foam rack, but they are safe from the kids and keeps thing fairly organized. Overall this safe suits most fundamental or practical needs.
Was pleasantly surprised by the quick delivery. The multiple ways to access my guns is quite simple and fast.. from the touch pad to the key entry its secure. The mounting kit is a must as the inner compartment is perfect for storing heavy ammo, but top heavy with door open. More room than expected for cleaning kit and ammo. Good value for price.
