It is clearly not a super heavy duty fireproof safe, but it will keep guns and other valuables securely away from prying or curious hands. The little bit of set up that was needed was easy with clear instructions for setting the combination key pad. I bought four gun magnets and mounted them under the storage shelf to hold my pistols and it worked great! This makes the sidearms easily accessible and theres still plenty of clearance above the rifles. This leaves the shelf space fully available for extra magazines and ammo. All in all, this is a great product at a very reasonable price that satisfied my needs to secure my firearms.
