Great trampoline!! Easy to put together and everything that y possibly need is in the boxes, customer care is great if you have a questioned a issue, recommended for any that wants to have fun or wants the children to have fun.
Fast shipping but received with three frame parts missing and assumed they fell out of the huge hole that was in the box. Contacted Brandline and they were very nice and shipped those three parts to me. Thank you Brandline. My 8 year old son helped me set up the trampoline. We found it pretty easy to do. Seems to be sturdy and my kids love it. The anchors that it comes with are pretty wimpy, they look like huge landscaping fabric pins. I bought 4 swing set anchors and bolted a strap around the leg piping and then through the anchor. The net is nice and tight and like how it slides over the poles. So far we are very happy with this trampoline and the seller.
We absolutely love this trampoline!! Assembly was very simple. I put the majority of it together myself and my husband only helped towards the end. Very clear instructions. Any questions that I had regarding this product the customer service responded quickly and efficiently. My only regret was that I didnt purchase this sooner! Everyday/hot or cold my kids go outside to play on it. Highly recommend.

We have been extremely happy with our purchase! The trampoline was surprisingly easy to assemble, and it was very sturdy once it was put together. The bounce is perfect for our kids! We needed to order a few replacement parts after some minor damage following some severe weather last summer, and we have been very pleased with the customer service. Not only did they respond to me within 12 hours, but they were amingly helpful in pinpointing the parts we needed and offering to send the parts free of charge! We would highly recommend trampolines!
We got this for our 10 yr old and 13 yr old and they have enjoyed every minute of it. My 10 yr old is a gymnast and is out there almost every day. Both have had friends on it as well and it has held up great. I may have gotten on it a couple times as well with both of my kids.
Recently we had a storm come through that was the leftovers from a hurricane / not an actual hurricane / which left a couple poles bent. Our neighbors were not so lucky as their trampoline ended up in shambles in our yard. We are working on getting the poles replaced and so far customer service has been great!
Putting it together took awhile but I would expect that from a well made trampoline. We have had this trampoline for almost a year and it survived its first winter, we did use the cover provided to help protect it. Would highly recommend this trampoline.
All the other positive reviews lead us to purchase this trampoline. It has lived up to all expectations. It arrived in 3 manageable boxes, assembly was rather easy*, the kids have enjoyed it just about every day. Large enough, and with a high enough weight capacity, to accommodate 3 or 4 kids at a time, this will be one of the best summer investments yet.
I placed the asterisk next to easy in assembly because unfortunately my boxes didnt include the spring loading tool, which as you get further along with the spring installation it becomes more difficult to stretch the springs. The tool, shaped like a hook with a handle is designed to easily stretch the spring in placewhich I didnt have. I managed with a few plyers and some improvisation but this added close to an hour to my time. I am still rating this a 5 because I contacted the company that provided the trampoline and received an immediate response, on the weekend, that they would ship the part first thing on Monday. I received an additional email, apologizing for the bother, but to inform me that the part has shipped and they would provide tracking info as soon as it was available. Bottom line, both the trampoline itself and the customer service behind it have earned a 5 star rating.
Very happy with the purchase so far. Looks like a high quality trampoline. It arrived quickly and all three boxes at the same time. Boxes are nicely packed. We were missing one spring but Jeanne in customer service was very helpful and got a new spring and a couple extras out to me right away. Luckily the kids were able to jump in the mean time. Assembly went together very easy and so far we are happy.
