I purchased the 15 ft trampoline for my teenage grandchildren who are rough on things like this so I made sure I had one that could handle the weight and rambunctiousness of multiple almost fully grown jumpers. After almost a whole year including winter it is still going strong with plenty of bounce and it still brings the grandkids over to visit. The grandkids thought it was pain to have to put the included rain cover on when they finished jumping but I feel it prolongs the life of the mat and pads through very hot sunny summers and snowy cold winters.
It was suggested that two people were needed to assemble the tramp but this old grandpa did it all by myself in about 2 hours. I did tie/wrap around the bottom and top of the foam covers on the poles before inserting them into the sleeves of the safety net enclosure so they wouldnt slip while pushing them in. It made it a lot easier. I cant remember if the instructions tell you to, but I went around the tramp putting in every 5th spring using the included tool, then around 4 more times putting the next one in between until they were all in. It required very little effort to install the springs that way. It comes with a ladder but the teenagers dont need it. While my neighbors tramp went flying in a recent severe windstorm, the anchor stakes held mine in place. I would recommend this tramp.
We have been very satisfied with this trampoline. Its solidly built and has stood up to a neighborhood worth of kids and the outdoor elements. Construction was very simple and maintaining it has been very easy. I highly recommend this brand of trampoline.
My Wife and I purchased this trampoline for our children in June 2017. Being leery of trampolines I did quite a bit of research, mainly focusing on safety as my main concern. One brand kept being mentioned in lists and articles regarding well built, safest trampolines on the market. My decision was made and I ordered the 15ft. model. The product was delivered very quickly and the packaging kept all the parts damage free in shipping. Assembly time was right around what I expected, 4/5 hours. Remember, you are assembly a big piece of equipment, its going to take a bit of timebut that was 4/5 hours of continuous work. No hiccups or hang ups holding the job up, which is due to very easy and precise instructions that are included in the packaging.
Once assembled you can see and feel what others base such positive reviews on. The Trampoline just feels a lot sturdier than most others I have been around. The quality of the trampoline gave me confidence that my children were using a very safe piece of equipment and any injuries would not result from poor manufacturing or faulty pieces. In short, once assembled this trampoline feels like a tank, SOLID. If someone asks what trampoline they should purchase, without hesitation I tell them . The quality of this product made someone who was not quite sold on trampolines, always viewed them as dangerous, become someone who suggests other get one as a way to motivate their kids to get outside and have some old fashioned fun instead of playing video games inside on the couch,
Fast forward to the Winter of 17/18. Northeast US got snow storm after snow storm. Prior to the season I did not remove the protective netting (which I will be doing next winter) and during a few windy Noreasters three of the poles holding the netting bent. This should not be a reflection on the hardware, I am talking about sustained 60 mile an hour winds during an especially hairy storm which brought down massive oak trees and reached havoc for a few days. After the clean/up I pulled out the trampoline manual in hopes of finding some contact info to inquire about replacement parts. I came across an email address, maxlead.usgmail.com. This email is the key and is where I met Eda. Within hours of sending an email to the address above Eda responded. Eda and I corresponded back and forth until she was perfectly clear on what parts were damaged and how many I would need to replace those holding up the protective netting. At this point my Family and I left town for a few days on a quick get away, no joke, all the while thinking that upon my return I need to finalize everything with Eda so I can get the trampoline fixed as the Seasons are finally changing and the kids are itching to get out after a long winter. Well to my surprise, on our return there is a big box at my house from Max Lead and inside are all the parts I need to repair the Trampoline as well as extras! No cost for the parts, no cost for the shippingEda just got the job done. We had our first real Spring day this past Saturday and I quickly replaced the bent poles and cleaned up the trampoline, a few minutes later the kids were doing flips and twists for the rest of the afternoon.
If you are on the fence as to what type of trampoline to purchase and the falls into your price range, dont hesitate and just get this one. There is absolutely no way you will be disappointed and now that I know how aming their customer support is it adds so much more confidence in my choice of product. Thanks to for the great product, Thanks Max Lead for great customer service and prompt service but most of all thanks you Eda for the great job you didyour efforts are greatly appreciated.
Guess whats happening today, yep, were getting six more inches of snow.
We purchased a 15 ft. trampoline in September for our twins 5 year old birthday, and have been extremely happy with everything. We also have a 3 year old so safety is extremely important and once theyre zipped in I feel very reassured. Our 17 year old loves that its super bouncy too!
We bought the 15 trampoline almost 2 years ago (April 2016) for my daughter, and shes still in love with it. (The attached video was taken not long after we bought it.) She and her friends have used it regularly since we assembled it, and us adults like it too!. The metal frame is really sturdy, and even being outside in the elements for two winters, the mat shows no signs of wear.
The trampoline was easy to assemble. It came with a tool that made attaching the springs a breeze / I was surprised. I would definitely recommend anchoring it down. We recently moved it and didnt re/anchor before we got hit with a noreaster with really, really strong winds that sent it across the yard. I honesty expected after the storm that the trampoline would be totaled, but the rails on one side are only bent. I contacted to see about replacement rails, and they replied back within hours. I honestly couldnt be more pleased with their response and helpfulness.
Bottomline, Ive recommended the trampoline to friends, and Im so impressed with the quality of ours that Id buy other products by .

Super easy to set up
Super easy to set up. Has stayed in place despite several 40/50mph wind gusts. The net is nice and kids love it.
