Excellent trampoline! Setup was easy and the customer service as top notch. Our trampoline was missing a few parts and they sent them right away, no questions asked. Very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of this product.
My 6 year old twins have been jumping on this for over 2 years and loving it! It is durable and incredibly safe. I was concerned that their feet would get caught in the springs, but theyve been chasing each other and running right on top of the padding that covers them without any incidents! This is also incredibly helpful if you have a child who is restless at school. I highly recommend it!
Trust me when I say this company has UNBELIEVEABLE customer service. Due to a medical emergency the trampoline, which was purchased for my three grandchildren for Christmas , was not able to be assembled until just as few weeks ago. When we finally dragged the boxes from the barn, we realized that one of the three boxes was missing. The grandkids were so upset Being a seasoned American consumer I was 100 convinced that would just blow us off after 7 months. . Well, sometimes it is just good to find out you are wrong. Entered s OUTSTANDING customer service representative Jeanne who quickly resolved the missing box issue and had the free replacement box on its way within days. It was funny to see the kids jumping for joy even though they still had no trampoline. Im not sure how many hours they spent tracking the box but there was a lot of shouting when the UPS truck pulled up the driveway. Yes, the trampoline is finally up. Yes, there is a whole lot of jumping and shouting from three happy grandchildren because not only makes a great product but has an AMING customer representative Jeanne who must truly believe that jumping and shouting should simply be part of ones childhood memories.
The lower part of the trampoline goes together well and feels sturdy. The mat seems to be of decent quality. The protective net assembly and entry ladder could use some modifications. The foam doesnt stay in place very well while your sliding the two loose fit halves together and trying to slice them into the net sleeves. The foam slides down and the pole sticks out the top leaving the thin plastic sleeve to be the only protection from the steel pole. The attachment of the vertical poles via clamps are a bit of a pain, but seem to work. Overall I would expect a little more for the money. The customer service was great. The box was torn open and missing some hardware due to shipping Im sure. They were very quick about sending out a new hardware kit.
Finally found something that will get the kids out of the house. Weve had it for a year now and it gets used almost daily during the summer months and it has been holding up very well. Would highly recommend that you stake it into the ground, we didnt do that and wind storm tipped it up on its side last fall and bent two of the net poles with that customer support has been outstanding helping us get replacements. Ive very pleased that we can get this fixed without having to throw it out and buy new one! Too many times I find products are throw/a/way; which, is not the case here.
We have purchased several other trampolines, but they have all fallen apart ini about a year from frequent use by out teenagers. The springs broke, the legs bent, etc. They were not made for intensive use. We paid more for this model to get a much stronger design noticed it was far stronger than the previous models we got at Walmart, Big 5 , etc. stores. Unless your kids are very small we suggest getting a heavy duty model such as this one
This trampoline has served us well for the last 8 years! We have 3 kids and the time we bought it our youngest was 5 and the oldest was 11. Now they are 13/19. Over the years they have had many friends, cousins and others jumping and abusing this trampoline, and its still in great shape! The seller, Brandline, has helped us with small replacement parts over the years and has gone way above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I will continue to make purchases from them because of their long term commitment to and superior service. I can not recommend this trampoline or this seller enough!
