Great size and kids love it

Easy to assemble. Took a few hours. Even the kids helped! It is huge and sturdy and worth the money since the kids use it all the time!

    Very good customer service

There were a couple of parts that I had an issue with - maybe they were damaged during shipping. On contacting Customer Service, they replaced the parts immediately. The children enjoy the trampoline very much - has good bounce (good for age 8 - 10).

Great product with GREAT customer service

This product has AMAZING customer support. When I first started assembling the trampoline, we had to shift it a few feet (after I attached the springs and jump surface) and the edge rail completely bent past recovery. My fault, but the seller immediately sent out replacement parts. Unfortunately they were not the correct parts, but upon my informing the company of this, they immediately sent out the correct ones - all in two-day shipping at NO COST to me. Once I had the correct parts my friend and I assembled the trampoline fairly quickly. I will advise anyone though of three things: 1) don’t move the trampoline once the edge rail is in place, and if you do, slide the pieces out and don’t move it as one whole unit. 2) when you put the legs into the top rail supports in the very first steps of assembly, CHECK WHICH LEGA HAVE HOLES. This is not stressed in the assembly instructions, so I didn’t even notice. I did notice however when I tried to put up the netting and discovered the legs with holes are the support for the netting, so I had to disassemble the entire structure, carefully swap out the legs to ensure the ones with holes went in the correct order, and reassemble everything. 3) use additional heavy-duty anchors to prevent the frame from bending past repair in high winds. One other consideration is that although the padding covers the springs, but does not secure the inside lip, so if kids bounce close to the padding they can hit their feet on the springs from the pad lifting a little from the surface. I got the 15-ft model so the kids have plenty of room to avoid the edges, but this might be a concern for some parents. It was very frustrating having to assemble this thing three times and disassemble twice - once because of the frame bending, the second time to correct the order of the support legs - but it wasn’t a difficult assembly and the company was very supportive through it all. And honestly those issues were my mistake anyway. Now we have a big and sturdy trampoline that my kids are thoroughly enjoying, even the teenager! I’m very pleased with my selection and hope the family enjoys it for years to come.

Good Quality and Won’t Break the Bank

This trampoline arrived quickly, was super easy to put together (took my husband and I about an hour) and has already provided my kids with hours of fun. Compared with other brands, the 15’ trampoline was the best combination of price, size and quality that I found. So far, it has proven sturdy and my kids say the bounciness” is excellent. They’re happy, I’m happy!

FIVE STARS!! AWESOME TRAMPOLINE AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great trampoline and great customer service! I was short 12 springs, so I emailed them and they shipped the springs right out and I got them 2 days later! My daughter and her friends were on this trampoline for hoursssss the first day we set it up and it held up well with no issues at all. Also, it wasn’t hard to assemble. I thought it would take a long time and be really difficult, but I was pleasantly surprised. Buy this! You won’t be sorry!

    Good quality trampoline, nightmare assembly

THREE STARS FOR QUALITY, NEGATIVE THREE STARS OR WORSE FOR ASSEMBLY If you are not a weekend warrior and tweaking pieces that should just fit together holds no interest for you, either hire someone to assemble this trampoline for you or choose another product. We withstood north of five hours of unrelenting grief to get this assembled with roadblock after roadblock after roadblock thwarting our progress. Why was the decision made ask the consumer to fit a foam wrapped pole into a vinyl sleeve when the foam itself is entirely unsecured from the pole? When the company ran its user test on the assembly of this product, ummmmm How did it go? ... For this trampoline, you have to really want to use it or have your children use it to get through the gauntlet of design flaws and barely present instructions.
