    So far so good

1 month in and so far so good. My 13 yo daughter loves it and as a competitive dancer it really helps fine-tune her acro techniques. It was easy to assemble. One caveat is that its difficult to move, not because of the weight, but because it flexes when its raised. It required 4 individuals to move from one side of the yard to the other.

    Great value and customer service

Great experience. This trampoline is the hit of our neighborhood. A bit of work to assemble...about a half day of good labor. But worth it . Very good quality and a great value. Pearl in customer support is great. We needed some help and she did an amazing job providing assistance. Would recommend this trampoline and company.

    Solid, Heavy-duty Trampoline

Weve had this trampoline for a little over a year now, and I have to say Im very satisfied with it. Im the type of person who would rather spend a little more for quality, and actually have something last, and this trampoline checks that box. Our trampoline is in an exposed area, and has taken many punishing winds with ease. I know that many cheaper trampolines with thin, low quality metal would have folded into a heap of scrap many times over. Assembly is very intuitive and easy, so much so that if you live in a snowy area, it is not a big deal to disassemble in fall and reassemble in spring. Customer service is top-notch as well. You can tell that takes pride in the product they make.

    Decent trampoline.

Bought this for the kids Christmas present. Decent for the $ and super easy assembly. Put it together by myself In an hour. Used duct tape on the joints to hold it together while assembling upside down. Then split it in half to flip it over (1) half at a time. The springs aren’t what I remember them being 20yrs ago tho. They’re smaller. U can still jump pretty well at 7-8’ but they’re not the massive springs that allow you to launch a guy 20-30’ in the air. I was kinda disappointed at that. My wife is happy tho doesn’t want the kids to jump that high anyways. The spring cover is thin but does the job. Decent trampoline for the $. If you want a professional gymnastics trampoline u probably have to spend $500-$1,000 to get one made in the US.

    Faulty netting

The trampoline it’s self is nice and seems like good quality that is why I am giving the product as a whole 3 stars. My wife and I have tried to do the netting three times now and it is not fitting. It is too tight and there is not enough slack for the zipper to close. I do not know if maybe we were sent a faulty net that is too small or what. Based on other customers pictures their netting looks straight and ours is curved which makes me feel like it is not the right size. I have just reached out to the company today so depending on how communication with them goes this rating may go up.

    Great backyard addition

I am not handy and this was very easy to assemble but does need two people for certain parts. You need to wait for all 3 boxes to arrive. Very happy with out trampoline.

    trampoline great

assembly sucks! if you are a single parent get someone to help you. The spring stretcher broke while I was assembling the trampoline so I put a hole in my house because as the tool snapped in half it flew across my yard and hit the siding. HAVE HELP AND A REAL TOOL. otherwise, this is great and my kids love it. I really like how the net goes around the outside of it instead of the inside of the springs. great trampoline, bear to put together.

Seems pretty good... assembly still not easy enough

Just put it together. I think it will be good. Time will tell its worthiness, of course. I was afraid the guage of steel tubing used would not be thick enough, but I think it will be OK. The assembly videos are really good... but too quick, and on my phone could not pause them. They will remind you there may be 2 boxes, so dont panic when one arrives as an incomplete order... should be more coming. In our case the 2nd box was the basketball standard. Glad it was not missed, because I see others complain it did not come with the order. Ours did. In fact, all parts complete. Theres always some part(s) of the assembly that are unclear or frustrating. Heres mine: (1) Pulling the side nets down over the 2 stacked tubes was very difficult. Seems a much better design would be just a wrap around net with tie or clip on onto each of the 6 standing tubes. (2) The basketball standard is rather cheezy the way it attaches by screwing 2 clamping plastic pieces over one of the tubes, just smashing onto the net and tube sheaths. Maybe better to have a short extension bare tube that attaches atop one of the side tubes.
