Honestly lasted longer than I thought it would. And the only problem I came across is that the little foam bumpers that you put on the poles have been chewed up by critters around my house. But other than that trampolines in good condition. It was missing a few springs when we got it but the box had been severely damaged and transit reached out to the company. They easily replace the springs that no cost to me and they sent me more than I even asked for. So goodbye. In my opinion, if you want to get your kids something to jump around on and have a place to burn some energy.

I reached out to the vendor and the response was immediate! They advised that the last package would arrive by anticipated arrival date and provided tracking. When it came (on time), they emailed me to ensure that it got here and all items were included for assembly. Now THAT is effective and polite customer service!
The trampoline was easy to assemble and we put it up in a couple hours. This trampoline was the best investment for the kids and ourselves! We jump everyday and it’s great exercise for us and fun for them. It is sturdy and feels very safe. You can’t go wrong!

Upon opening the boxes (3) we realized that there were a lot of parts and they were not labeled very well. Seemed pretty self explanatory for the most part. It took husband and myself about 2 hours to put it all together.
Product arrived early. All pieces were in the boxes and the boxes arrived fully intact with no damage. All 3 boxes also arrived on the same day (even though I was told they may arrive separately). It took about 2 hours to put it together.
The only minor issues I can say are that the bolts that hold the poles for the safety netting are not secure and tight. Even installed properly they are loose and wobble. If you over-tighten them, the wingnuts will snap. Secondly, the hook handle to pull the springs is made of plastic and it snapped with tension. My husband ended up having to improvise and use a paint roller brush and a hammer to get the springs in. If you can, I suggest buying a stronger one or having a backup.
This is the first trampoline Ive ever put together. It was time consuming but pretty simple with the help of 2 others. Putting on the springs was most challenging but following instructions from a YouTube video I found made it very simple. Great fun for the whole family! Love the trampoline!

We are disappointed to see that the safety netting is placed on the outside of the trampoline, as opposed to the inside like our previous trampoline (brand unknown). As a result, it is easy to see that a spring could become exposed and cause an injury. Very disappointing.

Kids love it, was not very difficult to assemble and base is sturdy. overall happy with the trampoline.

Trampoline was easy to assemble, simply follow the instructions. The quality is great. We bought this for my daughter but it’s amazing for adults too!
