UPDATE: The vendor responded to an email and sent a new netting to improve the safety. This customer is now satisfied.
We are disappointed to see that the safety netting is placed on the outside of the trampoline, as opposed to the inside like our previous trampoline (brand unknown). As a result, it is easy to see that a spring could become exposed and cause an injury. Very disappointing.
