I think what anyone that complained about this couch is forgetting is the unbelievable price!! So yes maybe there are somethings you could find that could be improved on but for such a good price I was pleastly surprised by how great it is. We have a dog two cats and a 6 year old and it is the perfect size and looks so great!! Yes IT IS FIRM but I love that because i hate when cushions get saggy or have wrinkles which I know will not happen with this couch. Material is thick and definitely will hold up! Although it is just velcro to hold cushions on the Velcro is strong and the cushions are tightly placed next to each other. I havent had a problem with them moving at all. I have had this couch for two months I love it!
There was a delay in my shipping date but I had a great experience once the couch arrived . The delivery guy made sure I was satisfied with my package before leaving . The sofa is the same as pictured in the photos. I like it a lot and its very firm.
This couch is really nice. I was worried it was going to be too dark based off of the customer reviews but the color is great. This couch is 104 inches across and 75 inches long (where the chaise is). The packaging it came in was slightly damaged, but the delivery guy brought it right inside even though I selected front porch delivery. That was nice. It was also delivered in 6 days which was awesome. The back cushions have Velcro strips to keep them in place but 2 of the cushions came defective and didnt have the strips. There was also a tiny hole in a cushion, a snag, and the lining under the couch was ripped about 6 inches. did provide me with a partial refund because of these issues. The sofa cushions are firm which is nice because they will wear well. The back cushions are very plush. This sofa came in 3 boxes and by 2 different delivery companies on separate days. The sofa was very simple to assemble. It took me about 45 minutes to unpack it and assemble it. I had it done before my husband got back from the store. I also like that it is high enough off of the ground that my Roomba can get under it. For the price of this sofa, I am so very pleased. It is gorgeous, comfortable, and affordable. Plus the perfect size. We needed a sofa that was 120 W x 76 L and couldnt find one but when i came across this I snagged it up.
I was really nervous about this couch but it is definitely a keeper! It feels really big and is much more comfortable than I was anticipating. The fabric feels nice and looks nice and I was able to assemble myself in under an hour! Love it / very happy customer.
I hesitated to order online but im glad i went based on reviews it looks beautiful im happy with it awesome price. It took about an hour to put it together i just wish the delivery workers wouldve put it inside the house but they left it in garage.
I cant stress enough how Im love with this couch I am!!! Took 45minuites to put together, all parts came in tact along with tools. Couch is firm comfortable. Aming couch for the price!! Highly recommend

Wow! Exceeded my expectations and is so comfy! Only thing I would say is add Velcro to the bottom of the cushions if u want it more secure

This seemed to be cheaply made but once we put it together it is nice and sturdy and I really like that the cushions are firm.
