I loved everything about the order, the shipment the sectional everything was aming. The only issue was the instructions which I didnt use. Fits perfectly with the space and color of my accessories. Definitely will buy again.
Arrived in 3 packages, the sofa, chaise and ottoman. My fiance put it all together in an hour and a half. Not too difficult at all. Beautiful, I love it. Thanks !!!
Its better than what I hoped for. Some may find it a little hard but for me its firm and supportive. The back cushions are poly filled so those are nice and soft. Its very easy to assemble and most importantly its reversible. It comes in 3 boxes on a pallet, the ottoman, chase and loveseat so theres no confusion of what goes where. You can assemble 1 at a time.
Is this something that has the same quality as your box store. No but if your the type of person that doesnt treat their belongings with wreckless abandon this will last you a long time. The fabric is jet black not a grayish black as the photo shows and the silver buttons really gives it an elegant look and feel. Ive had this for a few months now and it is very comfortable for my taste.
If youre tired of spending thousands for something that you know isnt worth the price or hassle of dealing with salespeople then try this route. In my opinion, they just dont make quality furniture like they used to and the ones that are is wayyyy overpriced. All that we want is a piece of furniture thats pleasing to the eyes, comfortable to sit on so the family can enjoy their living room. I have made 4 purchase in 10 years for my living room, this may have been the best of the 4.

I dont like to down/rate products on simply because the seller is putting in a lot of effort to sell something but, to be honest, it is just an OK chair with its own beauty. If it can come cheaper, then maybe it would be a case of you get what you paid for. The comfort is simply just average. If you know your way around assembling stuff, then you are good to go. The most important point of trouble for me is the metal provided to hold the chase and couch together. I dont know if they didnt do a proper product design analysis and testing, that metal does not hold anything. It was in fact destroying the chair. The chase and couch just kept going separate ways (especially when the chair isnt leaning on a wall). I had to improvise a way of joining the chase and couch together. I simply couldnt stand the stress of returning the chair as I am heavily pregnant and could not carry heavy stuff as I have initially begged the neighbors to help me bring the heavy packages in initially.
Was hesitant about buying furniture I didnt get to actually see and sit on before purchasing. But thank God it was a great decision. Furniture is very sturdy, was easy to assemble and just beautiful love it!
