Im almost certain most of the five star reviews here are fake.
When the couch arrived the first thing I noticed was the strong fish odor. We had to febreeze the cushions and leave them outside for two days. When I got to the ottoman one of the pieces of wood inside had completely snapped. The only reason Im giving them a two star is because they at least replaced that quickly. The couch also isnt particularly comfortable and the backs are loose after only a few weeks of use. I would say this couch is substantially over priced for what it is. Luckily, they were king enough to give me a discount making it an acceptable purchase.
Updated:The look of this sectional is beautiful! The durability isnt bad all things considered. I bought this sectional for under 600 in 2019. Im a women and put this couch together with my 5 year old daughter assisting me. It took about 45 minutes. Our family of 6 used this daily for a year. We decided to buy something bigger and gifted this to my sister for 6 months who gifted it to my brother for his college apartment. There is some pulling, dog hair sticks horribly and liquids can stain very noticeably. This review is getting only 4 stars because things were miss labeled or not labeled at all and the fabric isnt that great. But for under 600 I cant complain.
Beautiful absolutely beautiful! I wouldnt say its black though it looks more charcoal to me but which is what I wanted anyway! Its sturdy, firm, and comfortable! I love it!
UPDATE 1yr later of having this couch I can definitely speak for it! As beautiful as this couch is it is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. The cushions did not last (they didnt sink in, just arent firm at all) the cushions are literally flat. like I just sit on the couch and I instantly feel like Im sitting on wood. This is coming from someone who travels for work so Im hardly ever at home to just sit around on the couch all day! It is not kid or pet friendly whatsoever! You would think by it being dark it can easily hide spots! Nope. every single time I sit on my couch I see exactly what either has been spilled or pet hair! Even when I try to clean the spills up the fabric of the couch starts to tear apart, which creates that long long in the fabric that youll eventually have to cut off! As far as pet hair Im constantly vacuum or using a lint brush. This just isnt the go to couch and it is very short! So if you are yall like my husband (63) this would be extremely uncomfortable because the back of the couch doesnt support your full back! Just the lower half b/c the couch is so short! Im 55 and the couch is still short to me! No back support and definitely no neck support! The couch was so horrible we gave it away for free! It just isnt worth anything! If you buy this couch just use it for show looks. this is definitely not something family friendly!
I absolutely adore this living room set! I got on sale around 500. and its perfect. It looks just like the picture.even better in person. Its big, but not too big and not too small. Took my man about 2 hours to assemble (he 1st tried it without instructions.you gotta read the instructions fellas lol). The instructions are fairly easy to read once you see that each piece is lettered to avoid confusion. The sectional came in 3 large boxes. Delivery was on timequick, professional and efficient. I was called twice to ensure proper delivery. Its a 5 floor walk up with no elevator yet the delivery men got the job done with a smile (had to tip for that). I have no complaints and Im very thankful for and the makers of the set for providing such a beautiful quality product at a great price.
I am very happy with my purchase so far. Its a great deal. Reasonable shipping and easy assembly. Its nice and firm, I dont like that the fabric easily holds lent, hair, etc. However its beautiful and Ive shopped around for this and nobody can bet this price with an ottoman! Ive already been recommending to friends and family!
The couch is aming, works perfect for our apartment. It was fairly easy to put together. Its not the most comfortable, but not uncomfortable. I figure it will be better with a little use.
NSD. the shipping service started off great. I ordered on a Wednesday and it made it from California to Arkansas within a week, then I noticed delivery had been changed from Wednesday the 13th to Saturday the 9th between 124. So about 9 am I have some lady beating on my door, I didnt answer but opened the balcony door as she was walking away and come to find out the delivery person dropped my boxes at apartment 1 instead of 10. NO 30 minute call. No call to figure out where apartment 10 is?? Its pouring rain, tornadoes in the area today. I called NSD and spoke to a lady that was so nice. She couldnt get an answer at the local terminal bc theyre closed on Saturdays and had no way of contacting the driver. She was so apologetic and thought this was absolutely horrible. Fortunately I was able to get someone to help me carry the boxes to my apartment. We did have to wait for the storms to pass before getting the boxes. Thankfully they were wrapped in plastic so they werent damaged by the rain. Im truly disappointed in the delivery, not everyone knows someone that can help so the set could have been ruined.

Love the set! Was a lil more complicated to put together than I thought but after figuring things out Id say it was worth the price.
