Overall its great and was easy to assemble once you realize: 1) chaise on left or right is important for assembly and the instructions are not very clear. Use the big picture icon instead of the step/by/step 2) if the holes arent lining up you need to flip the base around 3) piece E only needs two bolts 4) the chaise base is actually larger so pay attention to the letters 5) the pillows do work for both left or right, they just take some maneuvering. Be careful when moving, the backs are very fragile and if you put weight against it you will hear a crack.
I REALLY LIKE THIS SET its very comfortable I can switch the Long piece to either side which is a plus. Its fits in my home perfect and Im excited to buy another items off of for my home this is a STEAL DEAL!!!! I went to the furniture store and I they charged me over a 1000 dollars for something similar so this is a Great Buy. I was nervous but after looking at the reviews I wasnt worried any more.
Love this sofa, package came in great condition and was Fairly easy to put together. Sofa feels supportive but comfortable , does not have any chemical smell . And for the size I feel like its perfect not to big not to small.
It was a little difficult at first to put together but after a bit it came together wonderfully. Looks great, feels great and was worth the price. Glad we got it.

So first I love this couch the silver details did it for me But the delivery was a hassle didnt deliver when it wasnt suppose to . The assembly seem to be pretty clear but took us 2hours to figure it out

So far so good, Ive read about the bands underneath wearing in so Im preparing myself for that and thinking about solutions for reinforcing the bands. I wasnt aware this is a left or right hand couch so the mirrored instructions at first were very confusing, once you realize which instructions you need it was very straight forward. I havent thought the cushions are too firm at all, in fact I think the cushions are wearing in just fine but I do prefer firmer mattresses/furniture. The couch connectors are a little bit flimsy/shifty the back of the couch isnt 100 solid when you lean into it, you can see how it slightly moves. But for the price/style/size the couch is perfect for me.
