Overall its great and was easy to assemble once you realize: 1) chaise on left or right is important for assembly and the instructions are not very clear. Use the big picture icon instead of the step/by/step 2) if the holes arent lining up you need to flip the base around 3) piece E only needs two bolts 4) the chaise base is actually larger so pay attention to the letters 5) the pillows do work for both left or right, they just take some maneuvering. Be careful when moving, the backs are very fragile and if you put weight against it you will hear a crack.
