Cover thats suppose to go on requires some disassembly. Not good if you intend to take it on and off to be used. Stairs feel cheap and awkward to go up and down.
Wow this trampoline is super bouncy and so fun. I got it for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it so much! We are very happy with this purchase! Also, the customer service is great! I had to reach out because we received the boxes on different days and they made sure to follow up and also made sure all the parts werent damaged in transit. I definitely recommend this trampoline! Sweet and comfy
We bought the trampoline one year ago, it was easy to install, very sturdy, the kids love it. There was a localized mini-tornado several weeks ago, which hit the trampoline and damaged four pipes, even storm damage is not under the warranty, the customer service sent me the replacement parts for free and followed up the process all along until trampoline was fixed, very responsive and impressive!
We bought this trampoline as a Christmas present for our kids and could not be more pleased with it! It is very sturdy compared to other trampolines and very well made. One of my favorite details is the ground mat underneath the ladder so kids can take their shoes on and off without getting dirty. We needed a couple of small replacement parts recently, and Jenna from customer service immediately responded and shipped them to us free of charge. Cannot recommend enough!

My kids said it is the best gift ever. This summer they had been really enjoying it. This trampoline is really good. This has much more bounve than the skyzone ones. The weight limit is highest and customer service is excellent. I lost a nut and they send it to me for free. Price went down immediately after i bought it and they refunded me the extra money i paid.
Some people had trouble inserting the poles into the net. I put a small soft rubber ball on the end of the pipe and used shrink wrap to hold it. I also used shrink wrap to hold the 2 pieces of foam together on the pole before I inserted it. That worked a lot better.
Excellent product which has been used many times by my nine-year-old grandson and neighborhood kids during the pandemic.
Inserting the poles and foam rubber coverings into the sleeves on the safety enclosure net was a bit of pain, but in general, assembly went smoothly.
I would recommend this product.

trampoline is AMAZING
Great trampoline! I put it together myself after watching YouTube video, much easier installation than following the enclosed instructions!
