We bought the trampoline one year ago, it was easy to install, very sturdy, the kids love it. There was a localized mini-tornado several weeks ago, which hit the trampoline and damaged four pipes, even storm damage is not under the warranty, the customer service sent me the replacement parts for free and followed up the process all along until trampoline was fixed, very responsive and impressive!
