This trampoline is great! My kids stay busy on it and it makes the wife smile. I had some concerns for the seller when I received it and they were most helpful and congenial.

We assembled this on Christmas Eve in the dark. No problems at all, just a little chilly! Its been great, the kids love it. With all the high winds and a tornado weve had, the thing hasnt budged an inch. Gorgeous and well-built
This thing is awesome. Sturdy, bouncy, super fun. Best thing I did was go on HomeAdvisor.com and pay a guy to put this together. Took him under 3 hours. Probably would have taken me 10.
My husband was able to assemble this product by himself. (The packaging is huge) so be aware. once everything is out it can take you 2 afternoons to install. the product is good quality, seems very safe. the only thing i find a bit concerning is the zipper as it has already starting to come out a bit.however, you still have a two clips mechanism to help you there with safety. you may want to remove the steps / ladder once you get in then zip the entire thing.
over all its a great product, safe, good price and quick delivery. my son loves jumping every day.. makes him ready fro bed heheh Smart-Looking and Comfortable

I really wanted to write this review in regards to their customer service. Our son put some rocks on the mat and one of them was stepped on hard enough that it punctured a small hole. No big deal and was totally user error - but I emailed the company just to see what we could use to patch it. They emailed me back right away - I sent them a picture of the hole... and literally THE NEXT DAY we received a package with an entirely new replacement jumping mat! We could not be happier with their customer service. For this reason we will buy from them again and recommend them to friends.
Great item for the kids. they are having a blast with it so far. It took about a hour for my wife and I to put together, Fairly easy. could use better instructions, but overall not bad. I would recomend for sure. True to color. So comfortable.

I emailed the company and within 2 days, another net enclosure was shipped out and delivered right to my door. Weve had our trampoline for 3 1/2 years and our grandkids have loved it! Recently a high wind bent one of the surrounding net poles; it broke when I tried to straighten it. I emailed Brandline, and Jasmine emailed back within hours. I told her what I needed and she let me know the company would be sending me the part I needed. Thanks Jasmine! This trampoline is really great for the price. I put it together on my own. It was challenging but definitely do-able. I like that the net covers everything to the outside of the trampoline not partially and inside. I had an issue with some of the hardware a few months later and it was replaced with no issue. The manufacturer really wants to work with you to make sure youre happy. I would recommend this to anyone!
