We received 2 boxes and noticed we were definitely missing parts to continue assembling the trampoline. Their support team quickly responded with all 3 tracking numbers and that the last box was a few days away from being delivered (which it was).
What a ridiculously joyful thing to have. Im so glad I purchased it as it takes me straight back to my childhood. Its a surprise for my kids and Im sure theyll be stoked.

I bought the 14 foot trampoline for my kids in December for Christmas and received a box days before. I quickly wrapped it and did not realize it was only box 1 of 3. Living in the Northeast I put the box away until Spring and then realized I was missing boxes 2 and 3. I sent an email and within four days had those boxes to complete the order. Great product and even better customer service!!!
My kids absolutely love it and I love knowing they are on a trampoline that is safe . I know that this trampoline is going to last many many years! Well worth the money for sure.
Trampoline came QUICK in 3 shipments with all pieces and parts! Was easy to assemble, took my husband and I about an hour, maybe 2. All in all, we love our trampoline. I can clearly see its made of higher quality than others Ive been on and had in the past. We havent had it very long, so I cant speak to its longevity yet but I will be sure to update this review in the future as needed. It looks amazing
Were very happy with our new trampoline! Its very well made, it was missing one spring out of the box, customer service is extremely helpful in the matter and sent a replacement spring right away. It tucked right in like it was never missing. Our kids have a blast on it, were inventing new games all the time. I cant wait for summer so I can drag the sprinkler underneath it!
You do need at least two adults to set it up, and I believe it took us a couple hours.
Love this trampoline. Got it for my 3 yr old grand daughter but wanted older kids and adults to be able to jump as well. Holds up to 400lbs. Easy to put up and seems sturdy.

It was very easy to assemble. Most was done by one person. Kids love it. We have only had it a few months but it looks very sturdy and dependable. I wish the net around the trampoline was a little higher but it really hasnt been a problem.

We had a small tear in the mat, I contacted them about fixing it, and with in a couple days we had a new mat! My kids love the trampoline and this is a great company to buy from! Thank you!
