I bought the 14 foot trampoline for my kids in December for Christmas and received a box days before. I quickly wrapped it and did not realize it was only box 1 of 3. Living in the Northeast I put the box away until Spring and then realized I was missing boxes 2 and 3. I sent an email and within four days had those boxes to complete the order. Great product and even better customer service!!!
