My kids were so excited for their first trampoline. The customer service was wonderful providing tracking numbers and checking in with me to make sure were received it. We had a small tear in the mat, I contacted them about fixing it, and with in a couple days we had a new mat! My kids love the trampoline and this is a great company to buy from! Thank you!
