Some of the reviews had me worried, but weve had this coffeemaker for a few months now, and its been great. No issues whatsoever, makes coffee just fine, did come with the wire basket, though we like to add a paper filter to make richer coffee. Easy to program, too. Definitely recommend.

Easy to install and set up. It replaced a 8 yr old one that was taking 20+ minutes to brew a pot while this one has a full pot in about 5 to 8 minutes. Built in water filtration may be an issue later when looking for replacement filter packs (activated charcoal or something). Basket saves us from having to buy more filters.

Very easy to set up, wide enough to fill water easily and makes very good coffee. Warming burner stays on for 4 hrs.
