I dont like the pemenant filter with it.

Worked great for 10 months

I really liked this product. But, after 10 months of use, the brew now light stopped working. I contacted customer service. They asked for some information, which I gave them. sent me a replacement! Very nice customer service from !!

Perfect size

I love this coffee pot. Its not to tall and the pot itself doesnt drip. Very sturdy. I will buy this pot again

Great value

This coffee maker looks lovely on my counter. The brew in advance timer is super easy to use. And it brews a huge amount of coffee! The only reason I gave it four stars is because the top lid sweats and when you open it to take out the old coffee grinds a little bit of water runs onto the counter. Its just water so no big deal but annoying.
