I gave it 2 stars for assembly bc they did NOT include all of the screws and washers. Still have to go to hardware store and buy more washers to finish assembling left arm Other than them NOT sending all the needed screws/washers its a good buy for the price. Works well for a small space
I really like this couch . I know the people who set it up for me had a little bit of an issue, but did get it done it is pretty comfy I just have to get use to not sinking in it lol .
I assembled this by myself in about 45 minutes. Its very sturdy and I like that I can pull the ottoman in and its almost like lounging in bed to watch tv or read. All of the parts plus instructions and handy tool are in Velcro compartments. Its a bit firm for me to sleep on but wont be awful for the occasional guest and fits nicely in my smallish living area while still providing tons of seating. No regrets.

The couch arrived in two large boxes. It was easy to get into our basement which has a small doorway / 30 inches, and a turn at the landing. It looks just as pictured and fit perfectly in the small space. While it is a smaller set / it is comfy and works well (my son, who uses it mostly, is 6 ft). Very please with this product for a great price.
