To big boxes. The Fedex lady was nice and helped get the boxes in the door. It is not hard to assemble but you will need two people at times. Looks nice and is firm but not uncomfortable. Nice couch for the price. The extra parts are under 3 of the big pieces.
This was a complete waste of money. I dont care if things are late because stuff happens but when it came some of the threads were pulled out, some of the fabric on the bottoms were busted out, it was supposed to have three backs to put together and one part didnt even have the slide in to put the back in, it was completely missing. It is not worth the almost 400 price tag. Skip it. Its a headache to return, a headache to deal with. will ship you another one but you have to fight to get your money back without a voucher. Poor, just poorly made, poorly shipped, and poorly dealt with all around.
So far this couch is exactly perfect. I would definitely buy it again! I have also recommended it on my Facebook and snap chat and sent the link to a few people so far!
Price, size and functionality are the main reasons I purchased this product. It does fit will in small spaces but the comfort level is low. No binge watching couch potato will enjoy this item. My back and butt go numb after 30 minutes sitting on the couch. The padding is thin and not very supportive. Lots of pillows and a blanket were needed to make this comfortable.
Very light weight. Nice sofa to the eye, but slides very easily shipping was horrible with mixed order and delayed the replacement (comes in two boxes one box arrived 5 days before other) very short distance from the floor. It is fairly firm
Ive actually slept on this a few nights while waiting on my bed, yes it is very firm. I would have loved a cushy or microfiber couch but I just moved into a small apartment in the city so space was an issue and I didnt want to spend a thousand or more dollars. It looks great, fits my tiny living room and is extremely functional due to the modular sectioning.
