I assembled this by myself in about 45 minutes. Its very sturdy and I like that I can pull the ottoman in and its almost like lounging in bed to watch tv or read. All of the parts plus instructions and handy tool are in Velcro compartments. Its a bit firm for me to sleep on but wont be awful for the occasional guest and fits nicely in my smallish living area while still providing tons of seating. No regrets.
