Bed arrived as promised and in good condition. My husband and nephew put it together. It took them 8 hours, but worth it. We love the bed and have received many compliments.
Make sure you buy the taller bunk bed. This is the taller one but seem normal size to me. Overall love the storage. Kids love it. Single Moms, please hire a professional to assemble.

Excellent bed! The only two things I did not like much were the fact that it is all made of pinewood and the fact that there are two types of screws that have the same size but different threads (more details later).
In regards to the type of wood used, some select parts could be done with better materials. For instance, the slats and the side rails could be made of a more sturdy wood. Last, if you dont pay a lot of attention during assembly you may damage the half moon bolts that come with the bed. The bolts are made of soft metal and are not super solid. Furthermore, there are two types of screws that have the same length but two different threads. If you use the wrong screw you will destroy the half moon bolts and have to order more. Last, as the side rails are made of pine, you have to be careful with the amount of pressure you apply on the screws not to split the wood.
All that said, it is a good bed and I would buy it again. Some of the issues can be easily fixed with a bit of work. For instance, the slats can be easily replaced with mdf if you go to your hardware store and ask them to cut new slats for you.

My kids really like their new bed. I liked how easy it was to follow the instructions. As I was putting it together, I realized that a piece was missing. My husband sent an email to the company and received a prompt reply. The replacement piece arrived within 2 days. The piece that was missing (one of the sliding tracks for one of the drawers) did not cause a delay in putting the rest of the bed together and allowing my kids to use it.
I give it 4 stars only because material of it not strong enough. When my kids get up, you can hear noise of wood, just like you walk in the forest. I hope is going to last long, for now we using it for 3 months and it looks great. And pride is very reasonable!
