We have had cantilever umbrellas in the past that did not hold up well. This on cost a bit more, but is substantially sturdier. We look forward to the shade it will provide during our hot summer days.
Love our new umbrella. It was very easy to assemble and provides a great amount of shade. Fabric and parts are high quality. I bought the moveable base which is perfect for our large patio. Customer service is also too notch. Definitely recommend this umbrella and company.
Found the umbrella to be well made. Materials seem to be high quality. Umbrella came with a broken rib tip but the umbrella was still functional. Contacted and had a replacement tip in eight days. Well satisfied with this product.
I order a new umbrella every other year. This one specifically has one less light on each of the 8 legs of the canopy (past ones had 4 lights per leg while this one has 3. While it has many great features, it is 25 dimmer than the 3 that I have purchased in the past. Things to look at and consider if in the market.
Purchased 2 of these for our new sun/drenched patio. Couldnt be happier. Quality throughout. Quick and easy to open and close. The included cover is breeze to put on and take off too. Have used in light winds with no problems. Very easy to use and the adjustable positioning keeps you in the shade all day without moving your chairs and tables around. And they look great too. We get many compliments. Was hesitant to spend this much money on an item I had no previous experience with, but these seem worth every penny.
I chose to fill the bases with water (instead of sand), so I could reposition them, if needed, to find the perfect spot for them. So far, no leaks whatsoever.
Speaking of bases, I believe you should get the largest recommended size for your umbrella if you live in an area prone to daily breezes and/or windy conditions. I was a little shocked at the large size of the bases, but thats where the stability comes from.

The lights dont work.
Easy to assemble and perfect size but after one week the lights still dont work. There has been enough sun to generate lights.

A little pricey, but a great patio addition.
